No. SalesArck listens to your existing Square or Clover checkout. Your staff learn nothing new, and your customers see nothing until points arrive on their receipt.
Yes. Consumer wallet, offer emails, and portal are all rebrandable per merchant. Your name, your palette, your tone of voice.
Points are computed once per settled transaction and written to an append-only ledger. Corrections happen through reversing entries, not row updates — so there's always a clean paper trail.
SalesArck is multi-location on day one. Locations, operators, and rules can be scoped globally or per-store, and you'll see attribution across the whole footprint.
Email or phone at checkout resolves against the wallet. When a match isn't obvious, SalesArck falls back to fuzzy signals — never guessed points, always verifiable.
Inventory is our second product, rolling out through 2026. Purchase orders, receiving, and stock counts come first; forecasting and vendor scorecards follow. Existing loyalty customers get first access — join the waitlist above.
Yes. The whole point of building both is that they share the same event stream. Merchants using loyalty today will be able to add inventory at a single combined price when it's ready.
