Terms of Use
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms are the end user license and the rules for using SalesArck. They apply to merchants, their staff, and customers (“you”) who use the SalesArck website, the loyalty application, the customer Wallet, or the SalesArck app on Clover or Square. The service is provided by SalesArck Corporation, 49 Lathbury Street, Brampton, Ontario L7A 0R8, Canada.
If you do not agree, do not install or use SalesArck. Questions: info@salesarck.com.
The license
SalesArck grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the loyalty application for its intended purpose. A merchant may use it to run a Points program for their own business, including by Connecting a Clover or Square location. A customer may use it to view Points and redeem them under that merchant’s rules.
You do not receive ownership of the software, the SalesArck name, or the brand. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the service, except where the law does not allow that limit. You may not use SalesArck to interfere with another tenant’s data or to invent Points outside the rules the merchant has set.
What the service does
SalesArck is a loyalty program that runs behind checkout. Staff keep using Clover or Square. When a payment completes, SalesArck reads that sale, matches the customer, and adds Points to that customer’s Wallet. The merchant sets the earning rules. Every Point is written to an append-only ledger. A mistake is corrected with a reversing entry.
Connect uses the point-of-sale provider’s authorization. For Clover, SalesArck reads the merchant, customers, orders, and payments so Points are tied to the right location and awarded once per sale. SalesArck does not change items, employees, or the register. The same purpose applies when a merchant Connects Square.
Inventory tools described on the website are not part of this license. They are not available yet.
Points
Points are a record in a merchant’s loyalty program. They are not cash, a bank balance, or a gift card, and they are not redeemable for money from SalesArck. A merchant decides how Points are earned and what they can be redeemed for. SalesArck may refuse or reverse an award that came from an incomplete payment, a duplicate event, a refund, or abuse.
Accounts and merchants
You are responsible for the email or phone number you use to sign in, and for activity under that account. A merchant is responsible for the staff they invite, the earning rules they publish, and for having the right to Connect their point of sale. Installing SalesArck from the Clover App Market or connecting Square is the merchant’s authorization for the access described in our Privacy Policy.
Price
The SalesArck app listed on the Clover App Market is free. If we introduce a paid plan, we will say so before you are charged. App Market distribution is also subject to Clover’s own terms.
Acceptable use
You will not:
- use SalesArck to break the law or to harm another person or business;
- attempt to read another merchant’s customers, orders, or Wallets;
- submit false sales or otherwise manufacture Points;
- probe, scrape, or overload the service;
- upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.
Availability and ending access
The service is provided as available. We may suspend access to stop abuse, to meet a legal duty, or when a point-of-sale connection is revoked. You may stop using SalesArck at any time. A merchant may disconnect Clover or Square. Disconnecting stops new awards. It does not erase the ledger.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that Points will post for every sale, that a point-of-sale provider will stay available, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, SalesArck is not liable for lost profits, lost Points a merchant chose to offer, or indirect damages. Our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid SalesArck in that period or one hundred Canadian dollars. Some provinces and states do not allow certain limits, so those limits apply only as far as they may.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in Ontario have jurisdiction, without taking away any right a consumer has to bring a claim in their home province or state where the law requires that.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. If you keep using SalesArck after that, the new terms apply.
